the location is great near grand central station i walked to times square central park too the room is new the bathroom is clean staff is nice and easy to connect

the hotel says it has a bar restaurant it is attached to a separate venue it was very busy quite intimidating no relaxed seating just leather bar stools very noisy crowded the shower was luke warm very weak power wise it took ages to get warm i called the engineer to check for hot water

the location near grand central terminal was convenient. i easily accessed multiple subway lines from there. the room's modern design gave it a fresh feel. the spacious bathroom included a rainfall shower and high-quality toiletries.

the room design was good. the bed was very comfortable , and the staff proved consistently helpful. we found the location perfect for exploring various attractions and the convenience was so helpful when my girlfriend and i wanted to explore.

I noticed slight imperfections in the room . The quality didn't fully match the pictures.

the location was very convenient. it was close to many attractions. the staff were friendly and helpful. they stored my luggage after checkout, allowing me to explore the city further.

the lighting in the room was dim. it was like nighttime all the time. there was no guide to the hotel in the room, i could not find information on facilities. i found the experience underwhelming, besides the comfortable bed.
